Gregory A. Dexter
President |

As Principal and founder of Dexter Companies, Greg Dexter has over thirty years of experience in commercial real estate. After graduating from Georgia Institute of Technology, Greg entered the commercial real estate industry, working in the areas of brokerage and development.
In 1973, Greg established the Dexter organization as a full-service real estate brokerage company. Under his leadership, Dexter has followed a strategy of vertical integration, encompassing all facets of development, brokerage, leasing, construction, property management and advisory services.
Greg is a member of the National Association of Industrial Office Properties (NAIOP), the Urban Land Institute, the Society of International Business Fellows, and the Regents Global Center. |

Thomas L. Adams

Tom Adams received his BS degree in civil engineering from Purdue University and Masters degree in business administration from Wright State University, Dayton, Ohio. Tom has significant construction experience in a wide variety of projects, including commercial offices, warehouses, healthcare, and aviation facilities, both domestically and abroad.
Tom joined the Dexter organization in 1983, as Director of Development and Construction, and serves as a member of Dexter Companies Board of Managers. Tom is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). |

Allan W. Anderson

| Allan joined Dexter in 1984 after four years at Adams-Cates/Grubb & Ellis in project leasing/tenant representation. From pre-development and construction through tenant relations, Allan is involved in every aspect of project leasing as well as overall company marketing activities. A multi-state licensed broker with a BBA in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Georgia and Centre College in Kentucky, Allan is a board member of REGA (Real Estate Group of Atlanta) and a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). |

Blake G. Dexter

Bringing with him a decade of management experience in the technology industry and real estate brokerage, Blake left Cresa Partners, where he had focused on tenant representation and investment sales, to join the company in 2007. His responsibilities include operations, finance and business development.
Blake has a master of business administration in finance and accounting from the Owen School of Management at Vanderbilt University and a BA degree in international business from Denison University. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Pace Academy Alumni Board. |
